Rural FTTH Networks
We are a leading network build & technical support Contractor in the fast growing rural FTTH sector. HEM-Atlantic provides network build, Customer connection, technical support & maintenance to one of the Nigeria’s largest FTTH Network Operators with presence in multiple rural locations throughout the country First class Customer service is delivered from our External and Customer Service Engineers, with 24/7 support being coordinated through our Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Victoria Island. We can provide direct services to Network Operators Customers, ensuring a high level of service is delivered every time. HA provides a range of services including NRSWA qualified Engineers and a range of last mile service delivery options including underground trenching technology & overhead deployment. In addition we can provide the require project planning, managing and associated civil’s and re-instatement. Our fibre support teams are on call 24/7 to respond to emergency issues and provide service restoration at any location working from specially equipped vehicles.

We have a dedicated Business connections teams delivering fibre services to large organisations including companies, schools, healthcare, public sector, etc premises with the additional resource of installing Customer equipment.
